This training program runs for 90min and is aimed at residential and community aged care sector workers, including volunteers. It will give these workers the tools and support to build an inclusive and culturally responsive workplace. These sessions will look at developing a supportive workplace for employees from multi-cultural backgrounds to assist in improving team cohesion and create opportunities to improve cross-cultural care for residents.
