Billie Sankovic
Chief Executive
Billie Sankovic - Chief Executive
Billie works with the Board and strategically leads WSCF to shape social policy and service delivery in Western Sydney. She is committed to representing the people and services sector in the region, working actively and collaboratively with regional partners, and providing and championing solutions that build strong communities in Western Sydney.
Billie has extensive leadership experience in community development, service delivery, and social policy and planning. She has spent close to 30 years working across Greater Western Sydney – for the community sector, in local and state government, and at Western Sydney University. Billie successfully delivered the State Government’s first Early Intervention Program in NSW (now Brighter Futures). She led planning for the multi-million dollar community and recreation precinct model in South Western Sydney to service communities in the growth corridor. Billie also represented the Western Sydney community sector in the initial compact which culminated into the Working Together for NSW agreement between NGOs and the NSW Government.
Billie holds a Master of Human Services Management and Policy, awarded with distinction, and a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours).

Tom Nance
Manager Policy & Programs
Tom Nance - Manager Policy & Programs
Tom is Manager of Policy and Programs at Western Sydney Community Forum. He leads major projects and teams to deliver on priorities that benefit the community and services industry across Greater Western Sydney.
As part of this role, Tom is the ZEST Awards Creative Director. He also has led the development and implementation of the Communities of Change Report, Build Beyond Bricks initiative and the Generation CommunitY leadership program. Tom has filled several positions at WSCF including Strategic Initiatives Project Manager, Project Worker for the South West Sydney Homelessness Sector Facilitation Project and IT and Communications Manager.
Tom is a qualified Social Worker, holding a Social Work (Honours) degree from the Western Sydney University and was selected to undertake the Social Leadership Australia program in 2016.

Tim Cahill

Tim Cahill - Senior Policy & Projects
Tim is WSCF’s Special Projects Officer. He manages and delivers a range of projects that build the capacity of the services industry across Greater Western Sydney and strengthen partnerships and collaboration within the service system.
Tim has worked in project management in both the private and community sectors for over 25 years. He brings extensive experience in project management across multiple disciplines to WSCF. His experience in digital technologies in particular shapes his approach to delivering innovative solutions.
Tim is a Bachelor of Social Work Candidate at Western Sydney University. He previously completed a Diploma of Community Services and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Charlton Wun

Charlton Wun - Policy & Projects
A new graduate from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Social Work, Charlton works on multiple projects that build sector capacity and provides resources and services to WSCF’s members. In particular Charlton has worked on projects that influence and shape major government reforms to result in better outcomes for the communities of Greater Western Sydney.
Charlton has previously worked at the Western Sydney University’s Equity Buddies Support Network, as well as appearing in a lead role in a recent NRMA commercial. He is passionate about building up and bringing new vision to the human services industry.

Nadiana Albistur

Nadiana Albistur - Policy & Projects
Nadiana is enthusiastic about working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities along with youth and wishes to become further involved in this field of work.
Nadiana has been significantly involved within the university by being one of the co-founders of the student lead club, Social & Community Workers Western Sydney as well as being a member of The Academy. She is also eager to take part in projects that will benefit the communities of Greater Western Sydney.
